| This may strike you as an unnecessarily prideful post. I'm afraid that's just osmosis, I've been going through a lot of personal change and it's just one of those unintentional things I need to work on. (I blame society.)
The sad truth is that I just can't handle being away from my keyboard. Part of it is being a writer at heart, I think, so that when I'm not writing the thoughts and ideas in my head start to boil over and are lost forever. That's a very unhappy thought for me, because I've always lived most of my life within my head, or so I like to think.
In short, the attempt to blog on Facebook was an epic fail because the platform is just not built to hold large thoughts (which can only be contained in prose to begin with).
As a sort of compromise to myself I'm starting from scratch with a new blog. I stole "walumpa" from Sam to begin with. Those of you who still read/write xanga (Josiah, Phil, Robin and Jeremy as far as I can tell) should head over to "Fuzzygoo" (my original handle) and subscribe.
Why? Because at Fuzzygoo we've perfected everything you love at walumpa and added a few new features! Biting social commentary, pedantic adjectival perspicacity, prolific swearing, the list goes on! Fuzzygoo is edgy and in your face, get ready for the next internet revolution! Free iTunes for subscribing!
(Actually, the only new feature I promise is a short review when I post links. I post too many, I might as well do some work and explain why I think a particular news story is important.)

| It's been fun, though an admittedly shaky, relationship from beginning to end. It's not me, it's you. You're trying to introduce so many great features, but you're broken. You don't care about the things that matter to me anymore, like actually logging in and writing something for anyone interested to read without erasing my thoughts in situ, or spending two minutes waiting to log in to the new interface. (To quote Calvin, I don't have that kind of time.) You've changed.
Loyal readers (all three of you), if you still want to read my thoughts whenever I take the time to write them, send me a quick message on facebook and I'll put you on the list of people who can read my notes.

| I got back to my place yesterday. Now I'm trying to get my life into some semblance of working order before school starts.
I shut off x3 today while I was installing a hard drive, so don't worry about that instance, best buddies.
